If you are experiencing any problems it is possible that you need to clear your browser “история” so the website can update. After you do this, you will be able to log-in. Google Chrome
1) Click on the menu at the top right hand side of your browser (OR you can also push CTRL + H). It looks like this:

1) Click “Safari” in the top menu then choose “Clear History…”
2) Choose to clear “all history” from the menu and then click “Clear History”
3) Exit/quit all browser windows and then re-open Safari.
